“I believe that while we don’t need to change who we are, there are always easier ways to do things”
Hi there! I’m Breeahn.
I’m a recently diagnosed ADHD mum to three boys where neurodiversity is present. I've always been brimming with creativity and ideas throughout my varied careers—from graphic design to product creation and photography. Now, I channel that creativity into helping others simplify and enjoy their lives more.
Since becoming a mum, and even before that, I’ve used my creative skills to make life easier for my family. I love creating systems, tweaking home storage, and designing printouts and step-by-step guides to streamline our daily routines. My brain is always brimming with new adjustments and improvements as our family’s needs evolve.
I’m passionate about working with children and mums who have ADHD and other neurodiversities. I believe that while we don’t need to change who we are, there are always easier ways to do things, like getting everyone into the car without stress!
Over the past eight years, I’ve delved deeply into research and taken numerous courses, often hyper-focusing on topics related to raising wonderful kids. Some of the areas I have explored are how different foods affect our neurodivergent brains, how simple changes in our words and body language can make a world of difference, and how our emotions and vibes impact our children’s behaviour
Raising three boys with neurodiversity has been challenging, and I’ve felt the guilt of not always getting it right. I used to push my boys away when they needed closeness and yelled when they needed quiet. While I’m still learning, I’ve discovered strategies that have transformed our family dynamic and my mindset. I’m passionate about continuing to learn and sharing both my knowledge and real-life experiences, including those from volunteering at my boys’ neuro-friendly school.
I’d love to work alongside you to help make life a little easier and more enjoyable for your whole family.
